SJU Alums Make Music
Faculty in the Music Department at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University have distinguished careers as performers, teachers, and performers. They have inspired students to seek a life in the arts. Saint John's alumni have gone on to careers in music ranging from accomplished church musicians to Grammy winning performers to in-demand film score composers. Many more students continue to engage with music in their homes, communities, and congregations. Included here is a sample of some alumni who extend the SJU music scene.
